Ingredients                                                                              Serves:2

  • 2 Pork Steaks, or Pork Chops
  • 1/2 Yellow Capsicum
  • 1/2 Green Capsicum
  • 1 Carrot

  • 1/2 Leek
  • 2 Cloves Garlic
  • 50ml Vegetable Oil
  • 50ml Sweet Chilli Sauce
  • 100ml Oyster Sauce
  • 50 ml Hoi Sin Sauce
  • Rice Noodles


Put a pot of water on the stove on low heat (well use that for the noodles shortly)


13499416_262642530770210_1118049832_oCut pork from chop, and slice into small pieces (cubing is easiest). Slice onion, leek, carrot and capsicums. Add half the oil to frying pan and bring up to temperature, add pork cubes, and sauces and stir until simmering and cooked through. Keep warm in a bowl on the stove, but not on direct heat.

In another pan, add the rest of the oil and the garlic, when heated add and lightly fry the vegetables. Add rice noodles to warmed water until softened, then drip dry.

Drip dry and put rice noodles in the bottom of the bowl. Add vegetable on one side, and pork and sauce on the other.
