Patrick Cusack – Lessons from 25 years with Microsoft
Patrick Cusack is from Kilrush originally but has been based in Bray since the early 90s when he joined Microsoft early on. He spent two stints at Microsoft (1990-2004 and 2011-2023) & has now reached his 25th Anniversary as a full-time employee at Microsoft.
This was a fascinating conversation with Patrick as he shares important decisions he made at different points of his career that he ensured were in line with his values.
