No matter what injuries or  limitations you currently experience,
I believe you can get there, and I want to help you.

Hi, I’m Conor from Limerick (Ireland). Over the last 12 years, I’ve helped 100s of guys over 30, rebuild their broken bodies. After fixing my own injuires, I knew this was the path I wanted to take with helping other men.

I started my fitness journey by studying sports science and nutrition from 2006-2010. I started coaching clients in 2011 & I have worked with clients in person in Limerick, Thailand,  Melbourne & Western Australia.

I now specialise helping time poor men over 30 who want to build strength & mobility without wasting hours working out each week. I understand the challenges you face in finding time for fitness.

My goal is to help you unlock your body, fix your injuries so you can thrive in life and not be hindered with a broken body like I was.

I have learned from my own experience with injuries how to overcome them, and ever since I began coaching clients, I’ve learned a great deal about how to help guys make the most of their workouts and achieve their fitness goals.

I believe in the importance of self-development. My goal is to provide insights into how people can take control of their health and start living the life they want. I understand what clients are going through.

I have had many experiences with injuries and pain, from lower back, shoulder, and neck pain. I know many people struggle with their pain, unable to do things with loved ones.

I understand what it’s like not to know how to get rid of your pain. So, I’ve dedicated my life to helping other guys feel strong and pain-free in their bodies.

But, most importantly, I can offer a way for you to reach your full fitness potential. No matter what limitations you currently experience, I can get you there, and I want to help you with a tailored online coaching programs.

From Chronic Pain to Feeling a Decade Younger

I spent most of my 20s struggling with chronic pain that affected me so badly at times I considered leaving the fitness industry because I was worried I couldn’t do my job anymore. I used to be anxious and feel alone until I eventually decided to bite the bullet and ask for help.

I left Ireland in 2013 and sought out the best coaches in the world. I learned from the yogis in Mysore and the best calisthenics, mobility and flexibility coaches who were super fit in their 50s and 60s. I began to understand why my body was riddled with injuries and how to rebuild myself from the ground up. This was the best decision I have ever made. Now in my 30s I feel a decade younger and am excited about what the future holds with movement.

It is perfectly normal that you might feel the same way about your problems, but I can assure you, with proper training and an individualised approach, we can get you back on track and out of pain.

I want to help more people through online coaching and make a dent in the chronic pain epidemic. I also want to help you restore your quality of movement and life.
